At RAW, we take great pride in crafting high-quality leather products designed to meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of non-customized, non-engraved products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Please note that custom orders, including those that are personalized or engraved, are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized leather products.
  • Engraved items.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at rawservicehub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additionally, in compliance with recent international regulations, customers will be responsible for:

  1. Return shipping fees, including the cost of shipping the product back to the origin.
  2. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that RAW incurs during the return process. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you can return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at rawservicehub@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Additionally, if the return incurs customs duties, taxes, or other fees due to international regulations, these costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.
