@RAW, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services. We ship all orders through ARAMEX or MYLERZ to ensure fast and secure delivery. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time ( LOCAL SHIPPING )
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom and Engraved Orders: For custom or engraved items, processing may take longer, typically 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. You will be informed of any delays.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship all orders via ARAMEX or MYLERZ for faster, more reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 working days after processing.
Please note that while we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays, extreme weather conditions). In such cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 20 working days.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered on orders over 3000EGP.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination but typically fall within the same 20 to 25 working days as domestic shipments.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are charged separately by the destination country policies.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status through the shipping company's website or app.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at rawservicehub@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the one who is in charge.
8. Shipping Restrictions
